Delivery Cost
The delivery of the Grundler One e-bike is free of charge within the City of Zurich.
Warranty
Your e-bike has a 2-year warranty on all parts, except for the parts that naturally wear off from all the adventures you'll have (tires, brake pads, accessories).
Refunds
If, for any reason, you change your mind before the e-bike is delivered to you, you can cancel the order and you will receive a full refund. You can find more information in the General Terms & Conditions.
Maintenance
The Grundler e-bikes are designed for hassle-free maintenance. We are using parts that are widely accessible and known by most bike mechanics and shops. The e-bike can be repaired at the bike shop it was originally bought from or at any of our partnering bike shops. Insurance
While we're currently pedaling hard to partner up with selected insurance providers for some exclusive deals just for you, we haven't crossed that finish line yet. In the meantime, feel free to pick an insurance partner that suits your style and needs. We'll keep you in the loop as soon as we have some exciting insurance updates. :)
